This comprehensive initiative identifies key factors such as educator beliefs, powerful learning environments, strategic tool utilization, and social network integration as pivotal to fostering the transfer of transversal skills. Developed in collaboration with organizations in multiple European countries, TETRA-S offers a transformative approach to empower individuals with cognitive disabilities.
Module 1: Understanding Beliefs and Impact, educators are guided to examine and reshape their perceptions, fostering a more inclusive and empowering learning atmosphere.
Central to the success of TETRA-S is the promotion of growth-oriented mindsets among educators. By integrating reflective tools, the project challenges limiting beliefs and presumes competence in every learner.
Module 2: Digital Beliefs of Adult Educators equips participants with the skills needed to integrate these tools effectively into their teaching.
Effective learning outcomes hinge on combining assistive technologies, mobile applications, and role-playing methods. Recognizing that some educators may be hesitant to adopt new technologies, the project provides targeted training to build confidence and proficiency.
Module 3: Transfer of Transversal Skills to create meaningful connections between learning and everyday life.

The TETRA-S project is a collaborative initiative involving vzw Ubuntu Achtkanter (Belgium), the University of Évora (Portugal), the Instituto Valenciano de Atención Social - Sanitaria (Spain), and ENSA - European Network of Social Authorities. Associated partners, including the University College for Applied Sciences HoGent (Belgium), IRECOOP (Italy), and the University of Plovdiv "Païssii Hilendarski" (Bulgaria), have joined forces to pool their expertise.
